SCOTT OSTLUND, PRESIDENT/CEO

Scott grew up in Gillette, Wyoming. He graduated from the University of Wyoming with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business. Scott’s knowledge in the food industry started in San Diego, California, fresh out of college. His experience and business knowledge is a key factor in the success of Wyoming Sauce Company!

 
 

PAUL J. UNTI, VICE PRESIDENT OF OPERATIONS

Paul grew up in the food industry. At an early age he was surrounded by many different types of food enthusiasts and experts. He had the opportunity to work by his father's side. His father had owned and operated numerous restaurants over the years to include a deli, bakery, and food store. Paul is also a former member of the US Army Special Forces (Green Beret).

JIM GABRIEL, VICE PRESIDENT AND CFO

Jim grew up in Michigan and Alaska, and moved to Gillette, Wyoming, over 40 years ago. He enjoys fishing, hunting, and everything that is associated with the great outdoors. Jim's passion for sauces, marinades, and rubs gives him the opportunity to experiment with a variety of flavors, while perfecting his recipes. In addition, Jim is the owner of an oil & gas business also located in Gillette, Wyoming.
